Sellr is designed to help creators and businesses manage inbound Instagram conversations, qualify leads, route contacts toward the right destination, and operate AI-assisted sales workflows.

The categories of personal data we process depend on how you use Sellr, which integrations you connect, and which campaigns you run.

• workspace data such as campaign settings, destination links, qualification rules, routing logic, and AI instructions
• Instagram-connected data such as usernames, account IDs, direct-message content, message timestamps, profile metadata, and conversation context made available through official integrations
• contact-memory data such as lead status, tags, warmth indicators, objections, follow-up history, click behavior, and campaign attribution signals
• billing and subscription data such as plan tier, usage counters, payment status, and credit-pack purchases handled through our payment providers

• conversation and contact-memory data may be retained while it remains part of the operating history of your workspace, subject to deletion requests and operational limits
• billing records may be retained longer where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or tax compliance

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data, including access controls, authentication protections, encrypted transport, provider-level security measures, and internal restrictions on who can access operational data.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are also responsible for protecting your own devices, sessions, and connected accounts.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export certain personal data. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
